Siobhain Whitty

Siobhain Whitty PCC

With 6 years of experience as a coach, Siobhain's coaching focus is supporting people through the challenges of transition and change at work (e.g. new manager, new role, relocation) and personal development (e.g. confidence, presence, self-awareness)

Siobhain coaches the “whole person”, encompassing thoughts and feelings, the cognitive and the somatic. She supports people to understand their inner selves first, in order to maximize their outer impact. As an ex-pat for several years, she had coached people from a variety of international and cultural backgrounds.

My 1-2-1 mentor coaching sessions with Siobhain were invaluable for my continued growth as a coach. She created a space that was empathetic and compassionate, whilst also gently pushing me to unlearn coaching habits that were not serving me, and step up with courage into areas that I’d felt vulnerable exploring before. I am without a doubt a braver and more skilled coach thanks to Siobhain’s guidance and cannot recommend her enough as a mentor coach!  Cristina Tiberian, Leadership & Career Coach

Sheela Hobden PCC

Sheela Hobden is an Executive Coach, holding credentials with the International Coach Federation and Association for Coaching, at Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Coach Supervisor levels.  She is a trained Mentor Coach (ICF), is fully CIPD qualified (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) and Wraw trained (Workplace resilience and wellbeing).

Sheela has rooted her work across these areas in wellbeing; working one-on-one and in groups, designing and facilitating evidence-based, innovative programmes.  This is supported through the global research project she is leading; exploring the impact of workplace coaching on resilience and wellbeing.  She has an ICF-approved flagship programme, the MOT4U, which showcases the link between coaching and wellbeing.

And in her free time, you will find her swimming in the sea (any time of year) in Poole, Dorset!

"I got so much out of working with Sheela as my mentor coach. I found her style to be very approachable and instantly felt trust and safety when working with her. Her compassionate and efficient style meant we covered so much in our 60 mins sessions together. It feels very reassuring to have a more experienced coach review my own coaching (via recordings) with a fine tooth comb - and for us to identify stretch and strength areas in my coaching. I think every coach needs a mentor coach to help keep them sharp, and I'd highly recommend Sheela! " Antonia Milkop, Coach & Facilitator, New Zealand.
